## Significance and Use

3.1 This test method determines the size distribution of coke for conformance to specifications of percentages retained on designated screen sizes.

## Scope

1.1 This test method describes the separation of a coke sample into defined size fractions and expressing said fractions as a mass \[weight\] percent of the gross sample.

1.2 The values stated in either SI units or inch-pound units are to be regarded separately as standard. The values stated in each system may not be exact equivalents; therefore, each system shall be used independently of the other. Combining values from the two systems may result in nonconformance with the standard.
